First Personnel we believe finding the best person for the job
therefore all applicants have a face to face interview this
involves an in depth application form, which is hand-written
by the applicant. A full work history, covering at least two
years, is thoroughly investigated. Any gaps in employment or
criminal convictions will be checked immediately. Only original
documents will be accepted of their Passport, Birth Certificate,
Driving licence and Forklift certificates, copies are all kept
on file. All Commercial applicants are carefully interviewed
to match the right person to the vacancy.
All our staff must be able to
produce the following documents to comply with legislation pertaining
to Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 and Law for Preventing Illegal
working.
E.U Nationals/Non EU Nationals
• UK Passport
• EU Passport
• UK Travel Document
• Proof of address
• National Insurance Card
• Workers Registration Scheme Certificate (WRS)
(Non EU Nationals must also present
one of the following)
• Passport with official stamp
• Work permit with official stamp
• Immigration papers with official stamp
• Entry visa with official stamp
If the above are not available,
we will only accept the original of the following;
• Valid Birth Certificate
• P45/P60
• Official letter issued from the Home Office
CRB Check
We can also arrange for enhanced
CRB checks to be carried out at very little cost.
